Abstract/Summary:
Aerospace electronic equipments are to complete certain functions with high reliability requirements in the satellite electronic systems, which play important roles in communication, navigation, display, flight control and management. Remainder particle in the aerospace electronic equipment is one of main influence factors for reliability. Particle impact noise detection (PIND) test is an effective remainder detection method, which has important significance to ensure the reliability of aerospace system. It is not enough for aerospace electronic equipment because of small thrust and unreliable remainder signal in the current PIND device. This dissertation has made an extensive study of remainder detection device for aerospace electronic equipments.Considering aerospace electronic equipments are more complex, larger and heavier than sealed electronic components, the remainder detection device is designed based on multi-sensor data fusion from the point of authenticity and credibility of remainder signal. In order to get more accurate and higher remainder signal, larger thrust shaking table is used in the device and the method of the shortest distances from acoustic emissions source to sensors is proposed to install sensors, which ensure the credibility of the original data.Considering that the interferential signals in the remainder detection test are complex for aerospace electronic equipments, data level fusion algorithm of remainder signals is proposed based on correlation functions by taking full advantage of multi-sensor space information, which can reduce interferential signals; On this basis, Aiming at problems of misjudgement and omission caused by impact and electromagnetic noise and low SNR remainder signals, the measure of credibility are gotten based on data fusion using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for remainder detection results.With engineering practice, the overall solution of remainder detection based on data fusion for aerospace electronic device is presented. The model of DCS-1000-13 air-cooled electromagnetic vibration system with high thrust is chosen for providing mechanical conditions. Low noise signal regulating circuit for remainder signal and synchronous and real-time data acquisition card based on USB are designed, which ensure the accuracy and real-time of detection signal. Remainder auto-detection program such as testing control, data acquisition, data level fusion and credibility evaluation are realized with VC++.The remainder detection device researched in this paper is also applied to remainder detection test for other large sealed equipments.
