Servo actuators are used in almost all fields and sectors,and in some occasions they are even irreplaceable.Domestic precision actuator performance evaluation and performance improvement require more advanced test and measurement techniques and instruments as a basis.The load test device developed in this paper matches the high speed,large load-to-mass ratio,small size and high accuracy of the aerospace servo actuator,and in order to realize the universal testing of multiple types and sizes of actuators,the modular design of the test bench was carried out,focusing on the design of the linear loading mechanism,the design of the controller and the design of the measurement and control system.The test bench consists of drive module,module to be tested,loading module and other modules,using permanent magnet synchronous motor as the drive,and selecting the combination of magnetic powder brake and ball screw as the linear loader.Based on the equipment selection and the design of each module,the design of the whole test bench was carried out,and the rationality and feasibility of the design were initially verified by theoretical verification and finite element analysis by Ansys Workbench.The driving and loading system of the test bench is mathematically modeled,and a fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed.The feasibility of the controller is verified by Matlab Simulink control simulation.The measurement and control scheme of the aerospace servo actuator load test device is designed.The measurement and control system is built based on Labview,including system front panel design,acquisition card acquisition module implementation,control module construction,signal analysis module construction and data display and saving implementation,and the signal analysis module is simulated to realize data real-time monitoring,abnormal alarm and preliminary fault detection functions.A simple loading test stand was built using the existing conditions in the laboratory to verify the feasibility of the measurement and control system,which has some reference significance for further tests in the future and is also important for the specific construction of the aerospace servo actuator load test device.
