On the modern battlefield the enemies turn fleeting and if the bomb appears insufficient,which can not achieve the attack and may be killed by enemies.So to obtain accurate information of remainder bomb can help to avoid the emergence,then the information collection has became an important military technology research content.Collecting remainder bomb information is through collected and artillery fired remainder bomb related physical quantities.Such as the pulse signals,vibration signal generated by the gun firing,sound signals,the mouth of the shock wave signal and the time of the shells come into contact,which is produce he pulse signals.As long as can capture these signals accurately,through a certain algorithm can be achieved over the function of remainder bomb counting.In this paper will study the spin tubes gun,and then design and implementation of the remainder bomb information acquisition system based on embedded technology.The system adopts microcomputer TMS320F2812 and its peripheral circuit to complete the sampled of vibration signal and current signals,calculating the correct times of spin tubes gun by the software algorithm.In the remainder bomb information collection,this paper improves the way of traditional remainder bomb information acquisition,through improvements can be achieved to high speed shooting and strong motion spin tube gun information collection,through the end of the test achieved good results.The remainder bomb information acquisition system based on embedded technology,which includes two parts,the hardware design and software design.Hardware design includes the selection of hardware circuitry,the design of circuit signal conditioning,the design of filter circuit and a communication interface design interactive interface.The signal conditioning circuit is to complete the signal of scaling and extract the peak signal in order to meet the needs of DSP acquisition,The interactive interface design mainly to complete data transmission,display and control functions.Software design starting from signal acquisition,which is though the ADC correction algorithm to achieve a precise signal acquisition and by the FIR low-passfilter algorithm in the DSP to complete the signal of the low-pass filter function.To complete function of remainder bomb counter by remainder bomb threshold algorithm.At last,complete the design of the communication program of human-computer interaction interface,including LCD display subroutine,communication subroutine,SCI communication subroutine.Finally,the whole test of the system,including the hardware and software of the test waveform and the simulation results and data,On the function of the remainder bomb collection,this paper collects the information of the spin tubes gun by the laboratory simulation,and obtains good results.The characteristics of the design has with actual needs and strong application value.
