It is broned with the appearance of the commercial complex building,which has great relationship with the development of the urbanization and the Commercial real estate rapidly.To take Chengdu's outdoor plaza of the commercial complex buildings as the research object, the thesis is not only to pay close attention to the object which is only refer to the individual space structure or the form elements, but also making interesting in more important things which happened on the Outdoor plaza of the commercial complex building, constituting the all kinds of city lives.In view of this, the basic theory in this paper is architecture, together with other relevant theories and researches, such as regional economics, environmental behavior and consumer psychology, consumer behavior, aesthetics, etc.Firstly, to expounded the purpose and significance of the research shows that the research of complex business is necessary.Then, this paper elaborates the concept of the commercial complex building and it's outdoor plaza,and the history of them.And the paper also expound the research in field of the scholars at home and abroad.Through to expound the concept and history of location and business district,and to analyzing the current problems with the location and business districts in Chengdu.The paper summarizes the attention points of the site selection and how to ascending business competitiveness of of the commercial complex building and it's outdoor plaza in Chengdu.This paper is focus on the design disciplinses which based on the various funcations of outdoor plaza of the commercial complex.The logical sequence is as follows, first of all:to analysis the carrieres of the outdoor plaza of the commercial complex which including the city &the commercial complex,and their relationships, to obtained its spatial attributes; and then to combine the outdoor plaza of the commercial complex on the classification of the users'think, to determine its functions, and their levels. Finally, the most important contents of this paper is to analysis the design disciplinses accoding to the functions in details of the outdoor plaza commercial complex in Chengdu. |
