Planning Strategy Research About The Road System Upgrading In Xi'an Textile City

Since the reformation and opening up, with the greatly development of urban economy, the change of urban industrial structure and the greatly improvement of urban motorization, great changes have taken place in the urban spatial structure. The continuously improving urbanization level has come into collision with the urban resource limitation. So we need to reconstruct the urban resource and renewal the old urban industrial, to adapt the rapid development of the urban economy and improve the system of urban industrial structure. The old industrial area usually occupied relatively special area. So it is forced to develop itself for the limitation of the urban resources. Then the whole urban function will be improved. Urban road system is the skeleton to support the city running. It is the most important system to support urban economic development, technical improvement and the urban space structure adjustment. The key to success to renew the urban old industrial area is to realize the effectively renewal and transformation of the road system. At present, Xi'an textile city's road system is lagging behind the development of regional economy for the reasons of long built length, inadequate investment, faulty or abnormal functioning, incomplete system and decision-making errors. This impedes the improvement of the economy and the people's living standard. Through the reconstruction of the Xi'an textile city's road system, the urban spatial pattern can be improved and the urban industrial structure transformation and the regional economy can be promoted.Combined with the experience and development of the research at home and abroad, this thesis makes an intensive study of the old industrial textile city of Xi'an road system upgrading from two angles of theory and practice, which including the methods of from micro to macro and from the whole to the part. In theory, through analysing the related theory of the road system in old industrial district,this thesis analyses the theory of analytic urban renewal and the development trend of the theory and smart. At the same time, it also analyses the urban dynamic with the urban development theory, and makes the active function analysis to the urban road system construction. These will provide theoretical support for the road system renewal. In practice, under the background of Xi'an textile city's road system, this thesis analyses the present situation and influence factors, the question on the composition, the structure, the capacity and the function. Then it explores the textile city road system renewal planning strategies. With the theory of economics and management, this thesis analyzes the urban renewal of old industrial park road system and the economic benefit of road system. At last, it brings forward the sustainable development planning mode in the old industrial area of Xi'an textile city's road system, which is hoped to offer some transformation ideas and planning strategies for the old industrial upgrading in our country.
