| Recently,more and more people pay attention to the energy saving,and engergy saving is a new subject which is as important as developing new energy. However,driving load such as fans,pumps and compressors costs about 21% of the total installed capacity of our power grid.If we adjust the speed of them,the problem of energy wasting can lead to further improvements.The high voltage inverter discussed in this paper is based on the purpose and the development.It is through the adjust of the input frequency of the high voltage motor ,so as to achieve the motor speed.According to the actual working situation of boiler fans, this paper introduces the applications and the energy efficiency of series units multi-level high-voltage power frequency control system, which is producted by Yaskawa and agented by China Automation, installed to the fans #1,2 of boiler #1 in the second Thermal Power Plant of Baotou. |
