In recent years, energy saving has become an important issue in power plant, is an important objective of operation optimization, technical transformation. Usually, power plant electricity rate annual plant reaches8-10%, the three fan power consumption rate accounted for about30%, thus reducing the energy consumption of the fan is an important method for power saving.Fan in the actual operation, the output power does not increase with the load changes, only by opening change baffle to adjust, resulting in much energy consumption in throttling loss. Efficiency and low load operation of the unit fan is low, much wear and tear on the baffle plate, air duct, fan impeller, fan prone to surge, bearing vibration, bearing temperature rise not safety factor. By running speed with frequency conversion equipment change the motor, can achieve the required pressure regulating working conditions, the size of the air, improve the degree of automation system, can meet the requirement of production, to ensure the safe operation of wind machine, and to save energy, reduce wear plate and pipe caused by the adjustment baffle and economic loss due to frequent downtime, and the maintenance is reduced, therefore, the fan adopting frequency conversion is necessary.Through the combination of a power plant in Shandong coastal fan frequency conversion renovation, a draught fan on high voltage frequency converter, power plant energy research, through the analysis of the actual energy consumption in power plant, the importance of the high voltage inverter in fan transformation, finally comparative analysis of the energy saving effect before and after the transformation. The electric fan factory.
