City Freight Artery Along Of Space Design Research

With the rapid development of the urban logistics and urban freight demand, the freight transportation with it is bigger and bigger. The mainly transport in the into-urban channel of urban suburban fringe is freight transport. On the pressure of urban transport and environment, managers begin to plan some freight artery on the original condition and basic construction. Freight demand for along space is different from passenger transport, making it necessary to study how to organize the layout of the land along the freight artery and how to tissue the urban spatial environment. The author studies the freight artery which is the main component of freight road and its spatial form, so as to improve the spatial and living environment of its alongside.Space design along the urban freight artery is a kind of urban design about the correlation between urban transportation, land use, urban environment. This paper firstly discussed the status of the space design along the urban freight artery, analyzed the feature itself and of spatial characteristics of freight artery. And through investigation, interview and literature research methodology, we know the status of freight arteries'spatial development, analyzes existing problems and its reasons, discuss the existing method of freight artery design and its reflection. On the basis of that, we propose the targets and principles of the spatial design of freight artery, present theoretical accordance and design strategy from the points of human behavior, visual property,2d and 3d design method in spatial design, and then summarize the key points of the along space design of the freight artery as guidance for it.Then, the alongside space of freight artery has been discussed. Through the analysis of mutual texture between land use and transport, we discuss the form of the land layout and the mode of typical functional areas so as to design the main elements of along spatial design which include traffic organization, construction and road height-width ratio, architectural form and combination, open space, green vegetation and road facilities, and carry out the control guidance for along space from land use, architecture and environment facilities. Finally, the design concept in front is used to practice for Chengdu Qingbaijiang freight arteries'spatial design and provide guidance.
