Reconstruction of the primary and secondary schools are the main content in the post-disaster reconstruction of Wen'chuan Earthquake, also is the keystone of the concern of the whole society. But in the context of massive reconstruction and a short time, many of renewal programmes have several questions. Firstly, prior scientific analysis is inadequate; secondly, construction of medium-term is too standardized; thirdly, there's lack of effective assessment after a period of time. So the scientific and accurate assessment of primary and secondary schools, not only provide a useful professional guidance for the follow-up construction of the schools, provide helpful suggestions for the recovery of students' physical and mental health, provide a basis for the education department, but also provide a quantity of original version for the sustainable development of post-disaster reconstruction of the primary and secondary schools.As the basic of Evaluation System of Built Environment, collecting the first-hand data which faithfully reflect application of Built Environment of post-disaster reconstruction of the primary and secondary schools is very important. But due to the special geographical environment and local culture of 5.12 earthquake-stricken area, work of investigation in the post-disaster reconstruction of the primary and secondary schools shows kinds of complexities. So traditional way of collecting information has not reflect the truth completely. Questionnaire is the most commonly used method of social survey, on the study of Subjective Evaluation of Built Environment, questionnaire is used especially to measure the behaviour and attitudes of people, then a statistical analysis was made of the results, So we can use it to guide our work.This study is a part of the research on the Evaluation of Built Environment of post-disaster reconstruction of the primary and secondary schools. It's start with the method of Evaluation of Built Environment and questionnaire survey, then apply an underlying principle and process of questionnaire design to the Evaluation of Built Environment of post-disaster reconstruction of the primary and secondary schools. In view of the existing problems of present Questionnaire-design on the methods of Evaluation of Built Environment. Firstly,we should learn the content of the preparatory work on the research of post-disaster environmental assessment of primary and secondary schools. Secondly,we had gone to primary and secondary schools in post-disaster area to collect the actual data of feelings about students there. Above all we had learned from practical and theoretical knowledges, we can draw the more reasonable suggestments about Questionaire-design on the the methods of Evaluation of Built Environment. Then we hope to provide technical support for further research and provide the scientific basis for the establishment of the research system. |
