Firstly, the device will stop the engine and limit the start of the train, if the angle cock is closed. Secondly, the device will monitor if the train conductor implements the brake gear test according to regulations and will stop the engine to limit movement of the train if the train conductor does not act according to the operation standard. Thirdly, the device will be alarming by different grades to notify the train conductor to take actions promptly.
