Construction hoist is a common construction machinery in modern construction,and gear progressive anti-falling safety device is an important safety device in construction hoist.When the falling speed of the hoist increases to the action speed of the anti-falling safety device,the anti-falling safety device will be triggered to stop the hoist,so the occurrence of safety accidents can be prevented.Therefore,in order to ensure the reliability of safety device at anytime,it to be detected regularly and effectively.In this dissertation the most widely used SAJ30/40 gear progressive anti-falling safety device is taken as the research object,according to the working principle of gear progressive anti-falling safety device,android-based detection system in anti-falling safety device of construction hoist is designed and developed.The main performance parameters of the anti-falling safety device are detected by the combination of angle sensor and velocity sensor in this system,the rotation angle of the cone hub of the anti-falling safety device in the braking process measured by the angle sensor,and the braking distance of the anti-falling safety device is calculated,the real-time running speed of the hoist in the braking process is collected by the speed sensor,the action time of the anti-falling safety device is determined by the describe of speed-time curve and the change process of angle,and finally the measurement of the action speed of the anti-falling safety device is realized.On the basis of the collect of the real-time running speed of the hoist,the braking deceleration of the anti-falling safety device is obtained by differential calculation of the speed.At the end of the dissertation,a large number of field experimental data are carried out,a variety of ways to compare and verify the data is used to analyze the measurement error of the designed detection system.The experimental results show that the detection error of braking distance and action speed of the system meets the requirements of national standard GB/T 34025-2017 "Gear Progressive Anti-falling Safety Device for Construction Hoist",and the system has good portability and strong practicability.
