As the result of automobile industry development, automobile become anecessary traffic equipment. It brings human benefit, at the same time, trafficaccident and environment pollution.The reasons of automobile performance problems come form many aspects.First, automobile is a complex mechanical-electronic system, the technical statuswill be out of order, such as lower dynamic performance, more fuel consumption,bad security. The coming of these problems have a great influence on the safety,economy and efficiency of automobile. So it is a way to keep the technical status incontrol that the automobile performance should be checked regularly. Meanwhile,if the test equipment is imprecise, we also can not get the real situation ofautomobile.It is a pity that the problems exist widely, and brings on many insecurefactors and hidden troubles. No other than we trace the measure of test equipmentsto the national standard to make sure the right status of them, we can trust theresults of testing. Analysis of suspension clearance detector's detecting theory is made on thebasis of theory, analyzing and proposing the technical parameters, working theory,structure and installation of the suspension clearance detector's detectinginstrument etc. and the detecting regulations for vehicle suspension clearancedetector are proposed.2 by systematical installment, adjustment, experiment and users' experiment aswell, adjust the suspension table which was used ,the theoretical analysis on thetested data, the feasibility of the test equipment was proved .and The practiacbilityuof the was suspension table dectecter demonstrated.3 In the light of the main structure ,the principle ,the parameters and thepractical test of suspension table detector's instrument ,the test standard ofsuspension table was studied and made .4 Analysis of steering panel and steering angle detector's detecting theory ismade on the basis of theories, analyzing and proposing the technical parameters,working theory, structure and installation of the steering panel and steering angledetector's detecting instrument etc. and the detecting regulations for vehiclesteering panel and angle detector are proposed.5 By install, test ,experiment and users' experiment as well ,and the theoreticalanalysis on the tested data ,the feasibility of steering force angle detecter wasproved and the practicability of the equipment was demonstrated .6 In the light of the main structure ,the principle ,the parameters and thepractical test of steering fore angle detector's instrument ,the test standard ofsteering force angle was studied and made .Above all, new concepts are proposed in this article. Relevant detectinginstruments are designed for suspension clearance detector and steering panel andangle detector. And detecting regulations for vehicle suspension clearance detectorand vehicle steering panel and steering angle detector are then proposed, providingtheory evidence for standardization and regularization of vehicle detection.
