| Track inspection car is a kind of large equipment which is used to check the disease of track, provide the information for rail maintenance and management and ensure the travelling safety. With the development of railway and testing technology, track inspection car develope towards no moving parts, complete testing items, highly intelligent fault diagnosis, testing system network and dealing the testing data scientifically. The accuracy and reliable of the testing equipment will make a great improvement.To take the GJ-5 type track inspection car as an example, this paper has made a study of accuracy and reliable of the dynamic testing data based on the track Irregularity management standard test of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway. This article has collected the present situation of track detecting technology aboard and the development history in china. In the process of testing and debugging the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway, we have preset nine categories, a total of 28 track Irregularity, such as Gauge (Gauge_rate),Xlevel,Twist,Surface,Align,track complex irregularities (Xlevel and Align),Track inspection car has detected the same section of track in the same period of time for four days and generated the data report and wave figure for 28 track Irregularity items. To analysis the default of report data which is generated by testing with the static data which is preset, and compare the overlap of adjacent wave figure which is over limit, we studied the dynamic and static default level of track geometry amplitude which is over limit and got the result of dynamic and static default from the application of track inspection car. Finally, on how to improve the testing accuracy of dynamic data generated by track inspection car, I have put forward some reasonable suggestion from the detecting principle.The results indicate that, the GJ-5 type track inspection car could meet the needs of existed line testing, accepting new rail dynamically and debugging the high-speed railway. |
