| EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) plays an important catalytic role to enhance the core competitiveness of power enterprises. It has accelerated the process of information-based and modernization and of electric power enterprise. The power industry is the pillar industry of national economy, after years of deepening reform it has gradually plunged into the fierce market competition. The successful designs and implementation of EAM system can make the electric power enterprise's management level go to a new stage, and combine the company's business processes effectively with efficiency of production of the enterprise, so to bring good social and economic benefits.EAM is the core of this article. The basic theory of the EAM system is introduced at first, and then power status of construction of enterprise information is analyzed. Demand requirements, designs and applications of EAM system of DATANG INTERNATIONAL Tangshan power plant is analyzed. Secondly, network building and implementation of EAM system of DATANG INTERNATIONAL Tangshan power plant based on theory and practical examples are explained. The overall planning and the functional structure of each subsystem of EAM system of DATANG INTERNATIONAL Tangshan power plant are analyzed deeply, such as role management, equipment management, materials management, purchasing management, designs of module and applications. The specific methods, problem-solving measures and suggestions for improvement to system operation are presented by work practice and current situation.Finally the article summarizes the research, implementation experience and results achieved after implementation. EAM system is proven to optimize business resources as the core of its successful implementation and its applications can improve asset utilization, reduce operation and maintenance costs. By means of information methods, EAM system can arrange the maintenance plan and related resources and activities reasonably. It can increase revenue by improving equipment availability, reduce costs by optimizing maintenance resources thereby improving economic efficiency and market competitiveness of enterprises eventually. |
