With the rapidly developing of Chinese auto market,it has driven the Chinese vehicle aftermarket;the most profit has been transferred from original car-selling to the aftermarket,in order to success in current competitive after market,OEMs and dealers have deployed Dealer Management System(DMS),through the DMS,it could realize dealers self-effective management and furthermore,it speeds up the communication and cooperation between dealers and OEMs.However,with the rapidly developing of internet technology,the behavior of large number of users has been transferred from off-line to on-line,the business mode changing and information technology developing will certainly have impact on original DMS business flow and realization technique.So redesign a series of DMS which is suitable for current business and expectation is very important.In this paper,through the survey and researching of the current status of the existing DMS system using,study on each company's current aftersales DMS function and proposal of tech frame,research on the pros and cons of solution way of distributed and centralized frame from current DMS tech proposal,and finally summarize the actual status.During the summarizing,combines some OEM's actual aftersales status,analysis on the demand of business and pain spot of original system frame,makes three core functional modules: maintenance management module,spare parts ordering module and claim management as basics frame,based on the goals of easy operation and maintenance,modularization and high integration,three major functional points are decoupled.A design scheme of DMS distributed and centralized hybrid technology architecture is proposed.And meanwhile doing the design of DMS frame,refactors current business frame which is based on current maintenance service flow and spare parts ordering flow,and designs aiming at the workshop management sub flow and the spare parts allocation module in the process of maintenance and repair,the fine management of dealers and the satisfaction rate of distributors are improved.And then analysis on the data and sheet of system maintenance service and spare parts ordering process,designs the data model of the maintenance work list,the settlement sheet and the spare parts order.In the design of data model,and using the mature data interface integration technology such as ESB,ETL and EAI,the data integration scheme of each subsystem of DMS is designed.Finally this paper gives a detailed design and implementation of system of maintenance process and spare parts ordering function,display the maintenance management function and spare parts order function and key code,and the online maintenance subsystem and accessories online subsystem functional requirements after decoupling and nonfunctional requirements for the test,eventually shows the effect of system.The research provide a reference case of DMS solution way for the whole dealers in the aftersales market,it could help to promote the after sales service management level for dealers,eventually standardize customer aftersales service operations management and improve dealers profitability of aftersales business.
