The Coin Production Logistics Automation Systems Research And Design

In this paper, a research has been made on how to apply the new production logistics system to the xx coin production of NANJING Mint. This applications are based on the production technology and planting's layout of the xx coin. It is the first time to implement the production logistics automation system to the whole production of the xx coin.First, the paper introduce the reason and value of this research. The production logistics system of the coin is suggested according to the production of the xx coin. And it's objective is to raise the efficiency of the transportation, increase the loading of the operator. Base on the development of the production logistics automation system both home and abroad, we define the objective the research. Next, the paper lay stress on introducing the demand for the production automation logistics system, explain at some length about the production technology and transport path of the xx coin of each production department. And then explain at some length about the design of the plating feeding, the design of the pressing vehicle unloading, and the design of the feeding of the presser and packer.Secondly, the paper explain at some length about the design of AGV system. First, the paper explain the basis for selecting AGV, give the basis for design of the AGV system, define the principle of programmer, and work out the procedure of technology, finish the transport path of the AGV system. Then, the paper explain at some length about the equipment configuration, function and technology target of the AGV system To accuracy account the number of the AGV, the paper write out the time of the AGV transport, account out the circle time of the AGV, calculate the number of the AGV. At last, the paper simulate the work of the AGV by the simulation technology. The result prove that such number of the AGV can meet the demand of the production.Finally, the paper explain the electric control system and Message Manage system, and give some advice to solution their design.The actual working of the AGV show that the production automation logistics system can meet the require of the xx coin production. It's automation technology is in the head of the mint profession in home. And it realize the automation in whole coin production.
