Prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs is a newly developed bridge structure type at home and abroad. It makes full use of material characteristics of steel and concrete. It has been widely applied in Japan, Europe and America because of its good mechanical behavior.In the structure design of prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs, the connections between corrugated steel webs and other parts are critical aspects, which having important effect on bearing capacity of composite beams. The commonly used shear connectors in prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel web include stud connectors and perfobond connectors. This dissertation makes research on those shear connectors. Main contents as follows:Firstly, using finite element analysis software makes analysis on stud connectors and perfobond connectors for their stress mechanism and failure modes.Secondly, this dissertation compares finite element results with experimental results of stud connectors and perfobond connectors, revealing rationality of finite element analysis.Thirdly, this dissertation compares finite element results with equation results of stud connectors and perfobond connectors, revealing rationality of finite element analysis.Fourthly, this dissertation makes parameters researches on stud connectors and Perfobond connectors, researching these parameters on the mechanical properties of the shear connectors.Finally, the common connectors'design method of the 1 Prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs bridges was coneluded.
