Gear precision directly impacts the mechanical transmission on the mechanical transmission performance, carrying capacity, working accuracy and service life.for improvement the efficiency of the design staff and the quality of gear processing, we design the new international computerized standards GB/T 10095.1~2—2008 Cylindrical Gears–-system of accuracy and GB/Z 18620. 1~4—2008 Cylindrical Gears—code of inspection practice, which is the intelligent system of Gears precision design and machining error analyses. It mainly contains gears precision design and machining error analyses.The main function of the precision gear design system:1. Determination of gears precision grades; takes full account of the work speed, transmission power and so on,then set the conditions of satisfying the low accuracy level;2. Evaluation of single gears precision index, according to the working performance requirements and usage scope, The software recommending text items;3. Evaluation of gear pair precision index, mainly refers to the determination of gear pair backlash, software uses the easier measurement gear normal length to control gear backlash;4. Determination of gear blank accuracy mainly includes gear bore, tip circle, transverse plane and the size of positioning and installation of the base level benchmark and determination of shape and position error and surface roughness;5. Generating parts diagram, using ObjectARX technology in AutoCAD platform on gear parts diagram for real-time label.The main functions of expert system for processing error analysis.Setting up a new-type, open, on the uncertain reasoning theory expert system, then analyzing and distinguishing the input error of gears, to find out all reasons in generating gear errors, and then given the processing recommendations for improvement.The entire system using VC++ 6.0 and AutoCAD2002 as development tools, operating ObjectARX and ADO database development technology. System is characterized of friendly interface, easy operation and convenience, has certain independence, can expand and perfect, the research and achievement of system provide an efficient and feasible method to design and analysis of gear errors. This project will available to the implementation of the new standard.
