With the rapid development and continuous innovation of the automotive industry,the requirements for various performance indicators are getting higher and higher,in order to meet people’s requirements for improving the comfort of the interior environment,vibration and noise reduction has become an important issue.In addition,as human society pays more and more attention to environmental impact and resource consumption,the research and development and manufacturing of new energy vehicles is the direction of future automobile development.The noise and vibration of the car interior environment In addition to the engine,the most influential is the gearbox.With the change of the power source of new energy vehicles,the gearbox has become a fundamental source of vehicle performance and environment.The gearbox is mainly a gear transmission system.It relies on the master-slave to mesh with each other to transmit power and motion.It is the most widely used transmission form in mechanical transmission.Through a large number of scholars and their experiments,the vibration and noise of the gearbox are mainly from gear transmission.A large number of experimental studies have shown that the gear transmission error is the fundamental source of vibration and noise,and also a key measure to solve vibration and noise.Therefore,research on gear transmission errors has become particularly important.Based on the variation law of deformation and stiffness of spur gear,this paper studies and analyzes the calculation method and modification design of helical gear transmission.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Using the"slicing method",the helical gear is regarded as a superposition of numerous spur gears in the direction of the tooth height.The load integral and deformation coordination principle are used to analyze the deformation curve and contact surface stress of the helical gear at the meshing position.Distribution map(contact spots).The gear pair is simulated by finite element software to verify the accuracy of the method.(2)The quick calculation method of the derived transmission error is analyzed by Visual Basic + Excel combined with programming,and the influence law of transmission error under the excitation of different gear design macro factors(load,tooth width,pressure angle)is analyzed.(3)The design methods including tooth profile modification and tooth profile modification are studied,and the excitation effect of microscopic shape modification parameters on transmission error is analyzed.(4)Based on the dynamic single-sided measurement principle of gears,the test and analysis methods of gear pair transmission error are studied.According to the test principle and method,the gear transmission error test platform was built,and the test and data analysis under actual working conditions were carried out.
