Past two decades, with rapid economic development of Shaanxi Province and theincrease demand of people's living for livestock and poultry products, the livestock andpoultry breeding industry developmend rapidly, the business model has changed dramatically.along with the livestock dung centralized, a large number of problems of environmentalpollution has gradually caused widespread concern.By consulting the literature, field surveysand indoor chemical analysis methods, this article research the large-scale extent of thelivestock industry in Shaanxi Province, the generation of pollutants and control,environmental supervision and the morphological changs of heavy mentals in the manuredecomposing process, especially copper and zinc. To achieve the following main conclusionsand progress:(1)The survey analyzes the development trend of the animal husbandry of ShaanxiProvince in the past20years. livestock industry in Shaanxi Province develops very quickly,especially the large-scale pig farms, The slaughter pigs of large-scale pig farm accounted foronly2.75%of the province's total in2003, but has reached24.06%in2009, exceeding thenational average.(2)Research the total amount of livestock dung per year and the potential environmentalhazards. Along with the scale of development of the aquaculture industry, and a large numberof livestock dung produced.In2009, animal dung to produce a total of more than20milliontons in Shaanxi Province. If unreasonable to deal with these dung, will give the environment aserious impact. The total wastage rate of livestock industry of COD, TN, TP, were9.571%,24.659%,14.466%in2004; were9.596%,21.574%,11.546%in2009.It can be seen that thesituation of livestock pollutants loss is very serious. According to statistical data to estimatethe amount of arable land load of livestock manure of Shaanxi province and municipalities,found that around the livestock manure load is very low, many areas require large amounts oforganic fertilizer to improve soil, increase crop yields, improve product quality. Therefore,we must reduce the loss of livestock and poultry dung, vigorously develop the substancescircular economic system formation among aquaculture, farming and fruit industry.(3)Research the passivation effect of the manure of copper, zinc and other metalelements in both aerobic and anaerobic conditions, choice phosphate rock, fly ash and calcium oxide as the passivating agent. The results show that in the both conditions, thecalcium oxide as a passivating agent for the passivation effect of Cu and Zn in the manure isthe best, fly ash is stronger than the phosphate rock under aerobic conditions, while phosphaterock is better than fly ash in the anaerobic conditions.Filter out the passivating agent withobvious effect for heavy mental in the manure, have great significance to the safe disposal ofmanure and also have certain value.(4)Put forward a proposal to control the environmental pollution of livestock.Summarizes the main points of the environmental regulatory status quo, analyze the reasonsput forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,put forward the governmentmust play a important role in environmental supervision and work out the necessary rules.
