| Tin is one of the first to find and use metal in human history, with the development of society, the human production and life had already been inseparable from tin.Tin's application area expanded and causing the world a sustained needing of it, because the rapid development of science,technology and economic construction.Within the long-term development and utilization of cassiterite resource, the easy mining and selecting ore is getting less, selected grade is getting lower, by contrast, the early tailings have a higher grade. Therefore, recovering the micrograined cassiterite in tailings and looking for new processing methods,are the key to cassiterite development.This article summarized wold's cassiterite utilization situation,dressing methods comprehensively recover silver methods,then introduce domestic and international cassiterite sorting process and pharmaceutical research. According the research,the tailings main in form of cassiterite, it's fine crystallization size, poor liberation degree and complex dissemination relationship lead to the recover difficulty of this ore.Meanwhile the traditional gravity separation or flotation methods show an invalided recover ability.Exploring test results show:firstly, due to the fine crystallization size and poor liberation degree,conduct appropriate grinding is necessary before beneficiation;secondly, the reason that shaking table,pending and vibrating cone concentrator donn't show a perfect separating result is a large amount of pyrite exist in this ore,and it has a similar gravity to cassiterite, so pyrite affect the beneficiate result.In order to obtain a higher grade and recovery, carry out the flotation—gravity process based on the exploring test. Compare the test result,concluded:shaking table's processing index is worse than pending and vibrating cone concentrator.Therefore, choosing pending and vibrating cone concentrator as gravity separation equipment, and determining the optimum condition of the main parameters as follows:the separation surface vibration frequency is222beats/min, the rotation period is75 seconds/turn. In the full process test, conduct grinding—desulfurization by flotation—pending and vibrating cone concentrator's sorting(once roughing and twice cleaning) flowsheet, finally obtained tin concentrate,it's grade is above40%,with recovery30%.Considering the tailings containing the valuable silver metal that can be recovered, most of it finely disseminated and occurred in pyrite. Rich silver concentrate can obtained by using classification method deal the desulfurized flotation product.it's grade reached500g/t,so it can be saled directly.To sum up, through analysis tin and silver properties in the tailings, using rational process and equipments, obtained ideal tin, silver products respectively, meanwhile realized this tailings for maximum recover value, and recommended the reasonable industrial process for the enterprise. |
