This thesis discussed the design of mechanical and electrical part which is mainly used to numerical control machine-tool transformation. This design is based on the need of " slender" parts which is Xuzhou Hengxing Jinqiao company Production. This paper, using TRIZ theroy, analyze the phenomenon which is very easy to bending deformation in the process of cutting force and can not ensure the precision and the processing efficiency at the same time. Therefore, three shaft double turret design is proposed. The lathe is presented to solve these problems by using a tool rack and center frame for supporting attachment to match the tool for processing. However, the effect is not ideal in the process due to the influence of cutting tool geometry, cutting the three elements, with the center frame and cutter frame support claw and the workpiece between the contact area and intensity and other factors. Because of production needs, the enterprise proposed to trasform from the existing C6150 ordinary lathe to numerical control, it ensures the machining accuracy of machine tool 0.01mm and can realize high speed cutting, both can achieve" slender" parts in high volume production.After the group discussion, we use three shaft double turret design framework to change traditional carriage structure equipped with twin turret, it can achieve a two turret alternating processing, a work of another party to" follow tool post role", the adoption of CNC system can achieve small feed tell cutting. They are different between the current market NC lathe and the new one. This can lower the cost and it can realize the specialization of production.The difficulties of twin turret design transformation is as following:1) How to generate interference free tool path, to prevent the emergence of geometry and process interference interference:2) How to control left, right turret NC program coordination, which in the processing at the same time, another turret mounting fixture (such as V block) can play the role of to rest"; 3) How to optimization NC program, which according to the accuracy of machining parts and process requirements, to achieve the security of high-speed cutting.The main content of the thesis is as following:1) Firstly, this research is based on the domestic and foreign lathe, the needs and requirements of comprehensive understanding of domestic and international development trend of numerical control machine tool industry. As a result, the profound experience to the economic type CNC lathes in the small and medium-sized enterprises are very popular;2) Secondly, deeply analysis of slender" parts processing process, summarize the issues in manufacturing. Combination of CNC lathe processing characteristics, research the current twin turret type and application environment, put forward three shaft double turret overall scheme;3) Thirdly, according to the overall plan, the thesis focuses on the three axis NC lathe design of mechanical parts and three axis NC lathe electrical design;4) Finally, on three axis NC lathe performance analysis, the overall effect is good and it can achieve enterprise requirements.
