Abstract/Summary:
At present,mainly domestic machinery processing equipment to conventional machine tools,which use a relatively large number of more than 10 years old machine,the traditional mechanical processing equipment,production of products widespread shortcomings of less varieties,high cost,low grade,poor quality,processing cycle long,the reason is due to mechanical processing equipment obsolete,unable to meet the demand for the market is getting higher and higher,affecting the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.So it is necessary to upgrade or replacement of the old equipment.In this paper,the independent research and development of CNC machine tool for the study of its entire machine,electrical system design,the main research work includes:On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the research status and trends of CNC machine tool automation at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the research objectives and main research contents of this paper.This topic after a comprehensive study of ordinary lathe production present situation and the processing condition,fully study analysis based on structure characteristics of the machine tool and to achieve the performance,according to the actual needs of the plane,comparative analysis common mode current CNC system and servo control system,based on Siemens S7-200 PLC control is determined.Secondly,to realize the transformation of traditional lathe main transmission way,main drive speed transformation,a DC speed regulation system,in order to make the machine has the function of cutting thread,constant linear speed cutting function,in the spindle to install the synchronization encoder.Through the analysis of X and Z motion mode and the transmission system,and ultimately determine the ball screw drive,through precise mathematical operations to determine the torque value,and ultimately determine the parameters of the servo motor,processing automation reconstruction is completed.Finally,on machine tool numerical control electrical control system design,PLC device,input output module definition: the input and output signals proofreading,set the machine parameters,testing and supplementation on the positioning precision of the machine tool,the specimen processing.After the transformation machine,in addition to meet the ordinary end face and the outer circle of the cutting,products for the research of equipped with new automatic loading and unloading,greatly improves the processing speed of the machine tool,and significantly improve production efficiency and machining precision and reduce the cost in,fully achieve the purpose of the reform.
