In daily life,the application of decorative glass was increasingly widespread,and the demand for glass was increasing.The increase in the demand for glass will inevitably lead to the development of glass processing equipment and processing tools.At present,most of the domestic glass processing equipment was still dominated by semi-manual operations,with low production efficiency and high labor costs,which had a serious impact on corporate profits and development.In order to reduce costs and increase production efficiency,it was necessary to design a high-automation glass CNC machine tool to replace complex manual machining operations.The paper used a flat glass as the processing object to design a three-axis glass CNC machine tool.The virtual prototype model of the three-axis glass CNC machine tool was established by using the three-dimensional virtual prototype technology,and the finite element analysis and dynamic simulation analysis were carried out.The main contents of the thesis were:1.According to the machining object of the machine tool and the main technical parameters,the structural designed of the machine tool was carried out,and the various components of the machine tool were selected and determined,and the three-dimensional visual modeling and virtual assembly of each component were carried out by using UG software;2.The force analysis of the beam,the key component of the three-axis glass CNC machining machine,was carried out to determine the influence degree of each force on the deformation of the machine tool beam,at the same time,the kinetic analysis of the feed transmission system;3.The ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the beam of the three-axis glass CNC machine tool beam,to understand its static and dynamic characteristics,and to optimize the structural dimensions of the beam through Isight software and sensitivity analysis method;4.The virtual prototype model of the three-axis glass CNC machining machine was built by ADAMS software,and the dynamic simulation analysis was carried out to obtain the load curve of each ball screw and the motion curve and speed curve of the beam and power head.The subject had innovatively designed the structural layout of the three-axis glass CNC machine tool.At the same time,the modern designed method such as virtual prototype technology was used to simulate the designed three-axis glass CNC machine tool.This was great significance for improving designed efficiency and designed level and improving the overall performance of the machine tool.
