With the development of the times and technology, People's requirements of clothing have been improved continuously. On the base of covering, beautiful and warm, they have put forward higher requirements:healthy, safety, pleasant. Knitted fabric mainly used on the sports and leisure garments. When people doing a lot of sports, the secretion of sweat, dander, grease and the nature of dust and bonded together, it offers the best breeding places to microorganisms, and also it's easy to strike stains and greasy grouper in the contacts of the human body and clothes. Therefore, the research on antibacterial fabric is very much in line with the theme of people's pursuit of heath. Fragrance not only brings sense of smell, but also can relieve pressure, and push people excited. When people in fragrance clothes, the fragrance released from the clothes can alleviate fatigue, and make people refreshed and relaxed. Though ordinary knitted fabric which is immersed in the essence solution can turn to fragrance fabric, but the fragrance can not last long. As an emerging technology, fragrance microcapsules can conquered the disadvantage effectively.For meeting the two demands at same time, this article used the "two-bath" method to deal with interlock cotton knitted fabric (provide by Shanghai ThreeGun Group Co.,Ltd) for composite function of nano anti-bacterial and aromatic finishing. In the process of finishing, as the use of agent, temperature and time would definitely impact on some taking performance of fabrics more or less, so we compared the taking performance of knitted fabrics before and after compound functional finishing. And analyzed the influence degree of taking performance by compound finishing.Because the functional testing of anti-bacterial was given and tested by the professional institutions, the article analyzed the aromatic finishing single-factor only, from the four aspects: fragrance microcapsules agent concentration, adhesive agent concentration, finishing temperature and finishing time.Choosing the fragrance microcapsules agent concentration, adhesive agent concentration, finishing temperature and finishing time as the four factors to analyzed orthogonal experiments on the fabric's drapability, air permeability, and aroma. At last we settled the optimum parameters of aromatic finishing treatment. The experimental result showed that by using these parameters to finish the interlock knitted fabric, it had not only been given to the excellent anti-bacterial and aromatic functions, but also the garment performances loss was very small. The fabric bursting strength, fuzzy and pilling, crease resistance were improved in different degree, but the finished fabric became slightly stiffer, and drapeability, air permeability and moisture permeability are slightly worse.Besides, this article also tested the water-washing serviceability. The testing results showed that the nano-antibacterial/aromatic knitting fabric which was finished by the optimum parameters had excellent anti-bacterial function and can depress the bacterial effectively after 50 times rinse. Along with the washing times increasing, the fragrance of the fabric had a litter decrease, but it still can withstand more than 10 times rinse.With the aim of the extension of the fragrance duration, and meet the convenient operation requirements at the same time, this article made a preliminary exploration on the re-aromatic of the fabric. The method was easy to operate and was suitable for home use. The fabric that is re-aromatic by this method can withstand 6-8 times washing.
