Emissions Trading Legal System In China Study

Because of the frequent economic activities, human's living space was seriously destroyed. The environment was getting worse. Many countries took executive orders which were traditional ways to sovle environmental pollution.These ways were not effective, so the governments began to look for the other ways. The emission trading system is recognized by more and more countries and applied in practice. On the one hand, the emission trading can reduce emissins and protect the environment. On the other hand, the enterprises can reduce the cost of controlling pollution and bring economic benefits. Although our country begins to explore the emission trading, there are many problems in practice. This paper describes the basic theory of the emission trading system and learns from the advanced experience of foreign developed countries. On the basis of our country's situation, this paper looks forward to establishing and consummating the emission trading system from the aspect of law.
