The Study Of Ecopolitics

In December 2009,World Climate Conference held in Copenhagen. There are many environment ministers and other officials from 92 countries. In November 2010, UN climate conference held in Cancun, Mexico. The focus of two conferences is increasingly serious environmental problems. Environmental problems of mankind in today's society has become one of the core issues of life and death. How to deal with the challenges from environmental problems to human beings has become a common topic today.In this paper, I think ecological and environmental problems as the research object, considering ecological as research areas, thinking Common But Differentiated Responsibilities Principle as clues. From the point view of International politics and domestic politics, I comprehensively discussed on theoretical basis, realistic foundation, basis and practical foundation.In the first part, I discuss the basic concepts and theories of the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities. First, by explaining responsibility, the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities, I make the meaning of the theme clearly. Secondly, I explain theoretical basis for this theme in general politics,the ecological politics and sustainable development and so on. The principle of common but differentiated responsibilities is not only the main principles of international environmental law, is also an important political principle. Its emergence and development has an important political basis. In the meanwhile, this principle is an important manifestation of ecological civilization and the concrete application of sustainable development.In the second part, I expound realistic basis of the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities which is the status of ecological environment. The purpose is to explain that this principle is the reality of the objective needs of production . The universality of ecological and environmental problems determine that we must fulfill the common responsibility. economic differences, regional differences that we must fulfill the responsibilities which are different.In the third part, I Mainly discuss reasonable basis for the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities ,which is cause of the problem of ecological environment. The purpose is to illustrate that the rationality of responsibility stems from its fair and equitable basis.In the fourth part, I mainly discuss practical basis for the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities, that is how to put this principle into practice, to address the deterioration of ecological environment.
