| V-process casting is widely used on the spare parts production of locomotiveload-carrying vehicle and construction machinery. Small-medium steel castings areproduced by V-process casting, which has advantage of high dimensional accuracy andfine surface quality. However, the problem of low productivity and relying on vacuumrestricts the further development of small-medium V-process steel castings.Based on the theory and technology of V-process casting and sodium silicate bondedsand casting, this paper does some research and experiment of carrying-saddles, producedby Zhuzhou Kemeng vehicle parts Co., Ltd., which improves the production efficiency.This paper does research of horizontal molding horizontal casting and horizontal moldingvertical casting. HZCAE is used for optimizing the process of horizontal molding verticaland collude casting, which improves production efficiency and production yield. Based onthe success of no coating V-process on aluminum castings, this paper tries no coatingV-process on steel castings, which can reduces operating procedure and improvesproduction efficiency.In order to improve the efficiency of vacuum and the quality of casting surface, thispaper tries compound molding of sodium silicate bonded sand and V-process. Layeringflask ensures the process of air pumping and CO2 blowing, which ensures casting formingnormally and improves the molding efficiency. Carton pickup on two sides of steel board'ssurface, produced by Luoyang Gangfeng Foundry Co., Ltd., affects its lifetime and serviceefficiency, on which the experiment of no coating and ultra film V-process can prove theeffect of coating. |
