| This paper describes the Al-Mg alloy melting characteristicsand techniques, focus on the use of resin-bonded sand gravitycasting and foundry of low-voltage large-scale Al-Mg alloy(ZL305) Casting Process, and Technology doing research work andachievements.Due to the special nature of Al-Mg alloy, it's a significantdifference between large Al-Mg alloy castings Process and thesmall casting, the ZL305 alloy contains the magnesium quantityhigh, casting duration of pouring longer, the liquid of alloyin the sufficient process the magnesium to be easy to oxidize,the magnesium oxidation and the oxide film characteristic thehigh temperature influence, the oxidized speed sharp growth,are the liquid of ZL305 alloy occurs the vigorous oxidation,emits the massive heat, finally creates the large-scale aluminummagnesium alloy casting surface to produce the big area shrinkhole and to shrink the loose flaw.This article in view of the large-scale aluminum magnesiumalloy casting characteristic and the difficulty, throughstrengthens the alloy liquid to purify and to reduce craftmeasure and so on alloy fluid oxidation, separately used thegravity casting craft and the low pressure casting craftsuccessfully produces the large-scale aluminum magnesium alloycasting. |
