Some enterprises are trying to produce Aluminum alloy casting by it. But the further development of V process in the production of Aluminum alloy casting is restricted by the problems of single mold design, the influence of spraying paint to the efficiency of production and environment, and the low productivity.Based on the experiment platform of V process, the V process molds are designed and manufactured, which worked in different molding process. The quality and accuracy of sand mold are improved by analyzing the molding of the EVA film in V process. It provides the valuable experience for mold design of the V process.In order to solve the problems caused by spraying paint, the no coating V process is put forward. And the exploration experiments of the process are conducted by using the experiment platform. In order to research the variation of the EVA film at the temperature of the Aluminum alloy liquid and the affection of the pyrolysis residuum to the sand mold in no coating V process, series comparative experiments of the pyrolysis process of EVA film and the analysis experiments of the pyrolysis residuum are conducted. Based on the characteristic of the pyrolysis residuum, the experiments of no coating V process are conducted in different molding process. The influence factors of no coating V process are analyzed by the castings which produced in the experiments, and these factors provide the base of the research on the production.The low pressure/V process compound technology is tried in the production of the Aluminum alloy withstand tank with the Henan Nanyang Huisen Precision Instruments Casting Ltd,. The process is the combination of the molding in V process and the pouring in low pressure. These experiments obtained the Aluminum alloy casting which has the smooth surface, and improved the productivity of the casting of V process. And the compound technology eliminates the casting defects of containing the gas and impurity. |
