As the typical equipment of Acrylonitrile device in chemical industry manufacturers,it includes heaters, tower, tank, devices, machines, pumps and tanks, pools and other complex equipment which chemical commonly used. raw materials, intermediate products and the resultant used in this device have the inflammable, explosive, highly toxic characteristics, expecially by-product of cyanide, toxic, and chemical properties are very lively, can happensd addition, polymerization, cyano group and hydrogen ethyl and so on. Although the device is highly integrated, a high level of automation, the continuous production process,but its complex process,harsh demanding process, many parameters affecting the production process, slight changes may occur explosion, poisoning incidents. So how to prepare for prevention work and the nipped accident in the bud, while improving the level of safety is especially important.To establish warning acrylonitrile unit control system is the main work of this research, to achieve the whole process of acrylonitrile production of monitoring and early warning, real-time early warning, early warning control and emergency control, so that when the device is in the non-normal conditions the system can be implemented quickly and effectively to control risk, transfer risk state to security status, to reduce accidents, protect the safety of personnel, to achieve safe and stable production of acrylonitrile unit purposes. Establish a non-normal conditions acrylonitrile safety warning device control system,on the basis of risk analysis of Acrylonitrile in the business of a refinery plant, using safety assessment methods, for example: identifying major hazards in France, Mongolia and ermany explosion, toxicity evaluation, hazard and operability study to determine the key equipment and key parameters to be monitored,borrowing OPC communications technology to collect the real-time DCS operating parameters for multi-parameter trend data and early warning analysis. The system covers safety and security of the prevention, early warning, emergency response and disposal of all aspects,the main function modules: data acquisition module, the gas detection module, opc communication module, the operating parameters of early warning analysis module, analysis module environmental concentrations, emergency response modules, operating standards and emergency response plan module, a typical accident case module, weather information module, the basic information maintenance module technical content and so on , it can realize multi-parameter real-time monitoring, early warning and emergency response decision support automatically.
