This paper introduces the construction, function and main capability indexes ofthe down-hole production tools dynamic testing system, discusses the necessary oftechnology assessment for the down-hole production tools dynamic testing system,sets up the technology assessment index system, brings up the basic idea andassessment method. On the base of the completion of technology assessment for thedown-hole production tools dynamic testing system, considering the systemconstruction and resource configuration in general, the management mode of theequipment maintenance is researched.First, this system can be used to test the different down-hole production toolsand to research production technologies in laboratory based on simulation of actualproduction status, and the system has the features of full scale, good performance andmultiple functions. It is favorable for the test of multiple down-hole production toolsincluding compounding tools and for the research of experiment data of the differentproduction technologies including compounding data.Second, considering the factorsof technology index, controlling precision, detection ability and maintenancemanagement in general, based on the analytic hierarchy process, we set up thetechnology assessment index system for the down-hole production tools dynamictesting system and make a assessment by using the fuzzy compositive judgement. Theassessment result is excellent but the maintenance management technology isrelatively bad. In order to improve the whole technology level of the down-holeproduction tools dynamic testing system, we carry through the attempt on theequipment maintenance management and explore the economic, appropriate andeffective mode. On the base of analysing the characters of modern equipmentmaintenance management and the trend of the maintenance mode, considering thereliability, maintenance and economy in general, we make the optimal decision of theequipment maintenance mode by using the analytical hierarchy process. Finally, thepreventive maintenance is used as the optimal mode of the equipment maintenance.At the same time, the feasibility of equipment state maintenance, the combinationvalidity of the preventive maintenance and state maintenance are demonstrated byusing the equipment maintenance examples.
