In the paper, In the heading face high-pressure spray mechanism, influencing factors, the efficiency of dust, dust and dust suppression system working mechanism was studied. First, the dust production mechanism of secondary and the spraying system currently existing problem were analyzed in the heading face, the idea of high-pressure water spray collecting dust was given in heading face. The movement of dust particles around the water droplet has been studied, and an analytic solution to the dust particle movement Equation has been given. Based on the solution, the mathematical model of a single water droplet collecting dust particle rate was established. The model shows: the two main factors impacting of the dust-settling are water drop-let grain size and the droplet speed relative to the air flow, both of them related the water jet pressure and nozzle structure. Secondly, the characteristics of water, nozzle parameters and system parameters on the effect of aerosol and flow characteristics on the effect of dust collecting were studied. In order to removal Secondary dust better, Based on spray under high pressure dust wind theory and the theory of spiral, a reverse blow high-pressure dust collector was designed, this type of dust collector has high efficiency and high volume suction. Thirdly, Base on the research of factors affecting the Dust-collecting effect, the heading face with high pressure spray dust removal system was designed, the layout of the location and angle of dust collection port that impact the dust filter effect. Finally, the high pressure spray dust control system industrial test has proved the high-pressure spray cleaning system has rational structure and notable dust-collecting effect. It is worthy popularization.
