In the recent years, along with the enhancement of mechanized degree in the coal mine production, the dust in the tunnel air arises dramaticly, which threatens seriously mine safe production and worker's security and healthy. Therefore the development of the tunnel synthesis falling dust installment is one of issues to be solved eargly in the current coal mine safety production.This paper proposed a kind of simple safe and effective falling dust method of using the atomization falling dust based on the synthesis analysis of the current domestic and foreign tunnel dust theory technology.The source of dust is analysed according to the scene fact.The mathematical model of the tunnel dust has been established and the falling dust mechanism has been studied. Two main factors of influencing falling dust effect has been found-atomization pressure and the structune of nozzle. Fog tablets evenly distributed, fog-swirl, charged fog tablets and more advantages, and the nozzle of a direct impact on performance and reliability of atomization (anti-blockage), then the structure of the nozzle of the study, use double-headed nozzle I. Finally, the optional infrared sensors and sensor dust concentration of separate pedestrians from the concentration of dust detection and testing, selection C8051F SCM as a central control unit, developed a roadway with automatic detection of dust concentration and intelligent control Spray dust suppression system, which under laboratory conditions were simulated tests, can achieve the desired effect of control.
