Research On Dust-settling Technology By Spray In Long Face Of The Mine

Mining dusts in the well do great harm to human body, it also threaten the normal working system. The dusts in the long face amount the highest in all the dusted places, so the question howr to increase the dust settling efficiency attracts great attention.Based on the consecrated situation of dusted long faces, the paper do analysis on the spraying dust settling's mechanism. Based on the decided relations among effects and system parameters which decide the efficiency of breathing dusts settling, the paper match the major parameters.Also, design the main part of -the nozzle, doing research on a special type of nozzle about its spraying features, also thinkabout other main questions of the system.The paper sets the main parameters.The method of theory analysis and test combined is employed in this paper. The tests meters main parameters, and the result was simulated and analyzed. The relation of two-phases was got by tests.Through the theoretical justify and application on the working spot, the conclusion can be drawn that the system ofspraying dust-settling system in long face are designed reasonably. It can get the anticipated results in improving the efficiency of dust-settling both in breathing dust, but also in the total dusts. It is worth popularization.
