With the deepening of coal mining depth,mining scale and mechanization,the widespread use of high-power,high-performance automated coal mining equipment has increased the amount of dust generated in coal mines during various operations,which has seriously affected the coal mines normal mining and the health of miners.Based on field investigation and statistical analysis,this paper uses theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods to analyze the degree of dust damage in coal mining work,to understand the dust distribution law,and to study the dust reduction effects of dust return curtains in return airway and transport lanes.Study the dust-reducing effect of the dust-proof water curtain in the return airway and transport tunnel,thus providing scientific advice for dust control of coal mining work.Individual sampling and fixed-point sampling methods were used to detect the dust exposure level of coal mining workers in 20 coal mines in different mining areas in Shaanxi Province.The test results showed that the dust concentration of the five types of workers such as the coal mining machine driver was seriously exceeded the standard,and the reasons for excessive dust concentration in different positions were analyzed;The focus was on the Shenmu Huixing coal mine with severe dust concentration exceeding the standard.The coal mining machine driver,scraper driver,shifter,transloader driver and end supporter in the 14201 fully mechanized mining face have encountered excessive dust concentration,and the 14201 comprehensive mining work Surface and its return airway dust control effect is poor.The FLUENT software was used to simulate the dust concentration distribution when the dust-proof water curtain was not opened and the inclination with the vertical direction is 0,5°,10°,and 15°.The comparison shows that the dust deposition effect is best when the spray angle is 10° and the dust concentration drops below 8 mg/m3 after the second dustproof water curtain.Simulated transport tunnel dust-proof water curtain dust effect found the water curtain sprayed out from the bottom of the roadway has a particularly obvious effect on the dust deposition in the roadway below 1.5 m height,and the dust concentration has dropped below 10 mg/m.Optimized the automatic spray dustproof water curtain in the return airway,determined the best angle of the spray head to spray dustproof water into the roadway.An intelligent water tank for spray dust reducing wetting agent was designed to monitor the level and concentration of the liquid in the tank in real time,to achieve the purpose of dust prevention and control in the return airway;It is recommended to install two automatic dust-proof water curtains that spray water upward from the bottom of the lane to improve the efficiency of dust settlement in the transport tunnel.
