| This paper is mainly focus on the blasting of some special hard rock by introducing several materials which can raise detonation performance to the existing non-TNT modificated ammonium nitrate powdery explosive consisting of ammonium nitrate, fuel oil and wood flour in order to meet the blasting need on special occasion. Then, establishes the mathematical models of formulation design on the basis of this type of explosives according to the principles of zero oxygen balance and maximum heat release. Meanwhile, obtains some satisfactory formulas by using computer to solve linear programming. Specific researches are as follows:(1)The results are obtained through calculating parameters of thermo-chemistry and detonation of the designed formula explosives:With the increasing of compound wax, the detonation heat, gas volume, explosion velocity, detonation pressure and mechanical power exportation ability increase, but the explosion temperature decreases; With the increasing of nitromethane and nitroethane, the detonation heat, explosion velocity, detonation pressure, mechanical power exportation ability and explosion temperature increase, while the gas volume almost does not change; With the increasing of Al powder, the detonation heat, explosion temperature increase significantly, however, the explosion velocity and detonation pressure almost do not siange, and the gas volume decreases. Of all the designed formula explosives, the highest of detonation heat and explosion temperature is formula 8, which Contains 4.12 percent of Al powder, the highest of gas volume is formula 4. which Contains 4.09 percent of compound wax, the highest of explosion velocity, detonation pressure and mechanical power exportation ability is formula 26, which Contains 5.71 percent of nitromethane and nitroethane,3 percent of Al powder.(2) The results are obtained through testing explosion velocity, brisance and mechanical power exportation ability of the designed formula explosives:With the increasing of compound wax, the explosion velocity, brisance and mechanical power exportation ability increase, however, the percentage of compound wax is not too much, otherwise, the detonation reaction is incomplete with the decreasing of detonation hot spot as a result of the decreasing of wood flour; With the increasing of nitromethane and nitroethane, the explosion velocity and brisance increase sharply, but mechanical power exportation ability increases slightly. Obviously, nitromethane and nitroethane have a great contribution to explosion velocity and brisance, and have a little effect on mechanical power exportation ability; With the increasing of Al powder, the explosion velocity increases a little bit. and the brisance increases sharply, and the mechanical power exportation ability increases significantly, as you see, Al powder has a little contribution to explosion velocity and enhances brisance and raises mechanical power exportation ability observably. Of all the tested formula explosives, the detonation properties of formula 26. which Contains 5.71 percent of nitromethane and nitroethane,3 percent of Al powder is satisfactory:the explosion velocity achieves 3447 meters per second, the brisance gets 15.82 millimeters, and the crater shape characteristics reaches 1.73. |
