| The mechanical sensitivity is a key factor for using explosives safety, so theresearch that prediction of composite explosive mechanical sensitivity property canmake the predictions to the sensitivity of mixed explosives more accurate.The prediction model can greatly reduce the workload and blindness ofmechanical sensitivity experimental. Due to the explosive mixture is the mostcommonly used explosive, then the mechanical sensitivity prediction of mixtureexplosive is particularly important.According to traditional formula and some rules at home and abroad,the methodsto predict the property of explosives has been established. In this paper, therelationship between structure and property was studied through the active indexmethod, and establish a new model to predict sensitivity properties of explosivescomposite.In order to predict the impact sensitivity of composite explosives, with HMXbased and RDX based composite explosive. Frist, using single explosive activityindex and correlation of impact sensitivity, then, draw a empirical calculation modelbetween them through origin software. By using this way,we can predict thecomposite explosive friction sensitivity of value. The design of the experimental ismade for verification of prediction model. And the results showed that most of thepredictive value and experimental value of the relative errors have about±10%.Using composite explosive activity index forecasting mechanical sensitivity ofexplosives has certain feasibility. |
