| Cleaner production is a new regional practicing model, and is an effective way of sustainable development strategy. Metallurgical industry has made great contribution to the economy and society development, which brings on increasingly severe ecological environmental problems in the mean time and bears a heavy responsibility for the mess.The paper has introduced the back ground and the content measure of cleaner production development both at home and abroad about refine. Based on the smelt processing technology characteristic of bismuth , it shows the importance of enterprises implementing the clean production, exploring proposed enterprises comprehensive carrying out and implementation clean production some methods and the suggestion:(1) For the bismuth smelting enterprises, according to the cleaner production requirements, bismuth smelting production condition analysis, to find good material consumptions, energy consumption process point, collecting waste (waste gas, waste residues, wastewater) emission data, conduct material recycling and heat recovery analysis;(2) according to the results of the analysis, combined with the actual production condition, the author puts forward the enterprise for enterprise development of high, medium and low cost solutions, and analysis and evaluation scheme;(3) By new technologies,new technology equipment and other ways to reduce energy consumption, and promote technical improvement. Bismuth smelting abandons the traditional sintering furnace and adopt international forerunner of advance Oxygen-rich side-blown, so it gets all the problems above to be solved radically in different degrees; we use acid electrolytic cell, the cycle life of the batteries are improved; with its first class equipment, advanced techniques modern means of scientific management and accurate quality measurement device, the company have developed a complete system of Q.C.; progress in research on utilization of by-products, reducing emission of the three wastes and excellent economic returns.Finally, from the perspective of economics of the business after a series of measures to adopt cleaner production forecast the benefit analysis, we find conduct cleaner production after more remarkable energy saving and emission reduction:(1) Such as traditional balanced-blast furnaces smelting 13% of the coke rate computation, can save quality each year, but also the focal the tons of sintering can save energy required for roasting 31kWh/t about electric coarse alloy;(2) High purity bismuth electrolytic, every ton product save electricity consumption 600 kWh;(3) It can reduce SO2 emissions 2413 tons every year, fell to smoke in SO2 concentration 150mg/m3, can fully realized under standards.For the technological transformation of newly-built industrial enterprises and existing industrial enterprises, facilities and processes that effect a high rate of the utilization of resources and a low rate of the discharge of pollutants shall be used, along with economical and rational technology for the comprehensive utilization of waste materials and the treatment of pollutants. |
