Environmental problems have become to the focus of the world since the start of this new centrury, and it has become one of the most emergent problems. Among many environmental problems, globle warming is the one people care the most. As one of the most important factors, transportation is a main way to reduce the polluting of globle warming gas. The fast development of chinese ecnomic makes it the irreversible trend of the development of Auto Industry of China. But the development of chinese transpirtation system is far behind it. So it is helpful to reduce the the polluting of globle warming gas by Optimization of transportation network system.Firstly, a introduction of chinese transportation problems and current situation, and a summary of the traditional and improved methods of Network Design Problem(NDP). The traditional Network Design Problem is actually an optimal investment decision problem, which is objected to the best function of the system under the current investment level either by adding new road to the system or improving the old one's supply capability; And now as the great improvement of mathematics technology, investigators have tried to solve this problem with heuristic method, including PSO Particle Swarm Optimization, improved PSO particle Swarm Optimization and Genetic Algorithm.Secondly, to build mathematical models for vehicle polluting emission with the help of mathematics. There are a lot of effect factors that have influence on vehicle's polluting emission, like ability of the driver, different sections of highway, average speed of the vehicle, weather and so on, in this case, it is a very complicated problem, and the modeling of vehicle polluting emission must be very difficult. In realistic, in order to reflect the real situation as much as possible, when modeling with mathematics, there are three aspects or in other words three key points that can be based on: vehicle miles of traveled(VMT), different sections of highway and speed of vehicle. Normally there are two kinds of model: Emission Factor model and Total Emissions Model.Thirdly, in order to involve vehicle polluting emission as one factor when evaluate different transportation systems evaluate of different cities, based on the analysis of the emission polluting situation of most chinese cities, system of evaluation index is defined according to two important different aspects of transportation system: transportation and environment.Finally, a transportation that gives priority to public transit is put forward based on the analysis of the success of Japan and Switzerland transportation; The choosing of different ways of transportation is trapped in Prisoners Dilemma under the Game Theory analysis, in other words when people choose their way to go out, there is a conflict between individual benefit and public benefit, which makes the pressure of transportation system which is already very serious even worse, and the polluting emission is getting worse, too. At last, as an environmental and healthy method of going out, cycling should be encoureged, and cycle path should be retained.Based on the researches, conclusions are as follows:(1) Emission model based on the different section of highway fit our transportation situation the best;(2) System of evaluation index considering two different aspects(transportation and environment) is defined;(3) Transportation system efficiency can be improved by changing signal control strategy;(4) A transportation that gives priority to public transit must be put forward;... |
