With the development of economic and the intensification of competition in the market, companies have been difficult to adapt to the fierce competition with their own efforts. Only through integrating internal and external resources and optimization their logistics network, can company enhance their competitiveness. In order to reduce the operating costs of the logistics system, more and more companies choose the logistic network with supply hub. Great attention was paid on optimization manufacturing logistic network based on supply hub.In this paper the optimization of manufacturing logistic network based on supply hub systematically was studied, the optimization model on supply and distribution logistics network was built and the solution algorithm and researched the related software application was proposed.Firstly, the process of supply hub in logistic network was studied, including the operation model of supply hub, the process of logistic network with supply hub. We presented that the model of optimization of manufacturing logistic network based on supply hub is a mixed0-1integer programming model and it's a NP hard problem, According to the parameters' number we gave the new heuristic algorithm to solve the problem.Secondly, building Multi-Objective optimization model of supply network based on BOM-Supply hub. The goals were to minimum the costs and maximum the services' satisfaction. It was solved by Target Analysis Method and Branch and Bound method. When the number of parameters comes to be larger it can be solved by using relaxation algorithm based on planning method. The algorithm was proved to have high efficiency by numerical experiment.Thirdly the distribution network was studied, analyzing the Lot for Lot costs and distribution costs. Building the optimization model on distribution logistics network based on orders. Considering large number of the distributors we solved it with improved genetic algorithm. The parameters' sensitivity analysis was studied and the influence to the optimization plans was given.Last the dynamic logistic distribution operation system was built according to the dynamic orders from companies. Researching the function of the various models and embed the optimization algorithm, integrated the theoretical research results at the point of practical.
