In the pumping station research,the pump station configuration and operation mode is the pump station design and management of the two most important issues,both closely related to each other constraints.The configuration is based on the characteristics of the pump station and combined with the possible mode of operation to determine the pump model and quantity,and the operation is based on the selected pump through the operation of the pump to control the pump to meet the actual conditions Claim.In ensuring the flow of the premise,the pumping station pump selection is reasonable,not only affect the hardware investment,but also affect the operating efficiency.In this paper,the configuration of the pump station and the operation and dispatching under each operating condition are taken into account,and the design scheme of the pumping station is given to realize the minimum annual consumption of the pump station.This paper first analyzes the possible working conditions of the cooling equipment for the net circulating water system of the steel plant.On the basis of the determination of the working condition,the objective function and the constraint condition of the design optimization goal are established by analyzing the decision variables of the optimal design of the pumping station,and finally forming the mathematical design of the optimal design of the water pump station for the net circulating cooling water system model.The problem of optimal design of supply water pump station for the net circulating cooling water system of steel plant is the general nonlinear integer programming problem.The optimization design problem of the clean-water feed water pump station in the steel plant is essentially a combination of the pump that determines the minimum cost of the pump.In view of the tabu search algorithm in the optimization of the combination of a simple concept,the overall optimal search ability,practical advantages,so the use of tabu search algorithm to solve the optimization problem.However,it is found that it is difficult to find a basic sequence satisfying the constraint condition by giving a set of random numbers that have the same number of statistics as the number of pump types in the problem.The solution of the solution of the neighborhood solution is improved by selecting a set of 0-1 sequences to filter the types of pumps that satisfy the constraints such as the head,and then use the branch and bound method to solve the number of pumps selected in the sequence And the combination of solutions to the neighborhood solution.On the basis of the above theoretical analysis,the algorithm is simulated by means of computer.Under the premise of assuming the working condition,the overall design scheme of the pumping station and the operation and dispatch plan under each working condition are given.Further analysis of the model for different production plans and the scale of production of steel mills will have a different proportion of working conditions,change the proportion of the proportion of the corresponding design of the comparative analysis shows that the proportion of working conditions will be on the program of the design impact,so the proportion of changes in the conditions taken into account the design program to give a specific integration program,making the pump station design more accurate,in the actual operation and more efficient.
