This paper researched the Ecological safety of Mountainous landscape in the East Qilian Mountain by Remote Sensing technology, which shows:There are six components of Mountainous landscape in the East Qilian Mountain which are forest land,grass land,bush land,ice and snow land,waters and wasteland, their Patch area and Patch quantity have both changed during 1994 to 2009. The Patch quantity deduced year after year although the landscape area has maintained the same. Among them, the Patch quantity and area change rate of grass land are the smallest, the stability of the landscape is the highest, which shows its Matrix is stable. The patch area of forest land,ice and snow land and waters have all reduced, which shows they have the trend of degeneration in different degrees.Among the six landscape groups in the East Qilian Mountain, the waters has been seriously infected, the next is the bush land, forest land,grass land,ice and snow land and wasteland have relatively been disturbed less. The Interference degrees reduces in the order of forest land,bush land and wasteland during 15 years. The Interference degrees of Landscape components are different, which have reduced are forest land (-22.78%) and wasteland (-25.06), which have increased are grass land (2.86%),bush land (7.43%),ice and snow land (11.30%) and waters (33.40%). Compare 2009 to 1995,the variation rate of interference degrees changed differently, the reduced components are forest land (-2.98%),grass land (-2.31%),bush land (-31.56%) and wasteland (-31.96%), the increased components are ice and snow land (8.1%)and waters (0.25%).Observed from the overall situation, the Ecological safety of mountainous landscape in the East Qilian Mountain has a trend of reduction, which is 0.3613 in 1994, 0.3469 in 1995, and 0.3126 in 2009. Compared with 1994, the ecological safety of 1995 has reduced 0.0144,the reduce rate is 3.99%;and compared with 1995, it reduced 0.0343,the reduce rate is 9.89%,it reduced 0.0487 during 15 years, the reduce rate is 13.48%,which shows the mountainous landscape safety of the East Qilian Mountain has the trend of de deterioration.
