Landscape Pattern Dynamics Study Based On Remote Sensing Data In The Region Of Beijing

Following with the highly Urbanization speed, the discussion of landscape dynamic changes is important for understanding the evolvement trend of nature-economy-society integrated ecosystem in urban and outskirts, and providing strategies to the environmental problem brought by the urbanization. It is also important to lay out urban ecologyical security patterns to prevent environmental problem at different levels secuirty.Three phases of the Landsat TM(Thematic Mapper) imageries in 1984-10,1997-5 and 2002-5 were interpreted through ERDAS;and the landscape indices on class ,landscape levels were calculated using FRAGSTATS software. The changes of landscape pattern analysis was dectected on aspects of number of patch, the shape of patch and landscape heterogeneity and so on. The analysis indicates that:(1)Human disturbance was very violence, and so that it leaded the greatness changes happened on urban and farmland in plain section. The urban area increased about two times, especially during 1997～2002;farmland decreased much more as a result of urbanzation during 1997～2002.(2) There were much difference in patch area of landscape types in Beijing, but it didn't cause obvious change in rank of landscape types in 1984 to 2002.(3) farmland and urban are the most influencing landscape types by human disturbance and management.Their shapes are becoming in complex, but are much regular compared with the mountain landscape.(4)Following with enhance of human disturbance, landscape diversity indices not yet descend, and the urban developed quickly. It indicated that although land use with human aim cause appreciable change of biological diversity, there were great changes in land use pattern. So how to use land in reason and balance economical advantage are urgent problems.(5)Fragmentation of the landscape types in plain picked up, and it need strengthen layout and management of land use.(6)Landscape pattern of Beijing was consistent with landscape pattern of huairou in composing of landscape element, landscape diversity, landscape fragmentation and landscape contagion.
