ShaPing II hydropower station dam of Dadu river site is located in 230m upstream about Guanliao river estuary, Gan He Gou abandon slag filed ,which used for abandon slag material engineering ,in Gan He Gou-branch of Guanliao river, about 10.0 km distance from dam site area. According to abandon slag planning, there is locating about 280 million m 3 spoil waste in abandon slag field of Gan He Gou.large-scale slag will occupie a large area of debris flow and narrowed distribution channel, will change the characteristics of debris flow, leading to erosion of debris flow on the right bank of the role of enhanced slope instability may cause the right bank of slide channel, and produce more serious landslides. If there is large-scale landslides may cause instability of the Local slag heap, or even plug the channel and thus cause a more larger scale debris, which may make hurm to Mizoguchi lives and property of residents and normal operation of Yulin Qiao station have caused a larger threat. Therefore, to study movement of debris flow, the natural slope stability of both banks to predict the stability of spoil field, residue field can be further rationalization of design and construction to ensure the residue field of stability and security, which the safety of residents Mizoguchi Yulin Qiao station and the safe operation of hydropower projects has very important significance. The paper based on the engineering geology of the regional environment, the survey topography, valley shape and physical characteristics of the source distribution in Gan Hegou, based on in-depth analysis of the movement characteristics of Gan Hegou and spoil debris field left and right bank of the stability characteristics, and three, respectively, on the spoil heap slag field mode (a slope whole, three horses Road of spoil heap and five horses Road of spoil heap ), the stability analysis and evaluation of forecasts, as well as landslides, slope stability and the right bank of the stability of Dumping Sites of the relationships between a more scientific evaluation made by the research on these issues for the spoil slag and the right bank of the slag heap of possible instability of slope failure modes, size and construction of, the corresponding control treatment measures.
