Stop log gate is an environmentally friendly type of water intake,which can not only meet the demand of hydro power,but also can protect the ecological environment.JH hydropower station,layered water intake structures system adopts the semicircle fold beam door stratified water inlet,special shape designing is different from other layers of general structure,and the flow condition is relatively complicated.Based on the numerical simulation study of hydraulic characteristics under different operation conditions of the water intake gate of JH hydropower station,The hydraulic characteristics of the water head loss,velocity distribution and other hydraulic characteristics of different laminated beam door height and different water diversion flow are compared and analyzed.It can provide scientific basis for the effective operation of power station,and can also provide guidance for related works.In this study,by comparing several different turbulence models,a turbulent mathematical model k-? was adopted in the end.It can better solve the calculation problem of the flow of water flow in the near wall of the inlet.The results show that:(1)The intake port of semi-circular fold beam inlet door is different from that of previous intake shape designing.It can effectively expand the the scope of the entrance,ensure that the smooth drainage of water inflow,there is no bad flow in the water inlet and fold the front beam are no bad flow pattern,also there is no bad vortex at the gate.(2)the suction vortex is generated in the vertical shaft after the top of the stack door is submerged.The top velocity of the top gate above the laminated beam door is distributed at the bottom of the door;The loss of water head is obviously increased after setting the laminated beam door.(3)the velocity distribution of the four orifice is basically the same.Door shaft inside the uneven distribution of flow velocity,flow channel section of mainstream mainly concentrated at the top,after the door part show the distribution characteristics of middle small on both sides of the large flow velocity,and the distribution of upper flow velocity in the middle on both sides of the small features.
