In recent years, establishment of the environmental resources data based on computer make all kinds of resources information processing gradually entered the automation, standardization and normalization and intelligent orbit, and has grown to become an irreplaceable necessary means in controlling the environment management. This will improve the level of decision-making in solving the relevant water environment problems and improve the management of water resources. Through the information accumulation of water resource, water information inquiry system can analysis and grasp the quantity and quality of water resources timely, dynamic changes of water resources , strengthening the scientific and timeliness of water resources management, improve water management level, realize the sustainable development and utilization of water resources, which has the significant scientific and use value.The development of current China's social and economy is rapid, but the water environment and the quality of river water decrease quickly. Since there are many industry and enterprise near Loushan river basin and pipeline construction there is lag behind. Thus, it is very urgent and difficult to obtain a comprehensive treatment.In order to clearly reflect the influence of the tributary and drain outlet for water quality, grasp and analysis of pollution change of various DC sections comprehensively and timely, develop the river basin pollution query management system, promote the pollution treatment of government, finish the government's annul comprehensive treatment task of river basin. This paper takes the"national pollution source census"results as the base information, constructs a comprehensive query system based on GIS with the technology of computer, information transmission and distributed database. The main research work is as follows:(1) Establishment of river basin water environment databaseEstablish the environment database of Loushan river basin, which includes spatial data and attribute data. The spatial data includes river geographic information basic graphics, the resent distribution map of pollution source of local area. Attribute data includes basic attribute information data and pollution monitoring data. (2) Establishment of river basin water environment geographic information management systemThe construction of geographical information management of water environment system includes:â‘ The construction of multi-level, multi-type dynamic geographic information database, which includes fundamental geographic information diagram and water environment engineering geographic information figure of LiCun river and Loushan river, basic information attribute database, relevant geographic information graphics of water environmental management.â‘¡The reasonable systemic data classification, realization standardization of database management and operation, which ensures fast, accurate and valid query, retrieval for a variety of information.â‘¢The information platform design of river water environment information management. It realizes inquiry, edit, display of database information and support editing, browsing roaming, scaling the geographic information.Through the analysis of Google's map and considering the requirement of our system, the system optimize the map stitching algorithm and realize the quick map stitching, storage, map browsing, offline browsing, and other functions. It also provides the function of Bidirectional inquiring between the database and the graphics, spatial query, attribute inquires and show details of the search results. In addition, in order to make the system more suitable for the integrated water resources management of the river basin, this system takes LiCang watershed management as the case, introducing these different types of pollution source data into the electronic map display and database query technology, realizing the real-time browsing the environmental protection data and fast inquiring of information of pollution sources. It also supports the intuitive image display with multimedia technology. Through the integration of different formats data sources of data, our system realizes the information express of diversification.Our system promotes the informationization of Loushan water environment treatment. It is a beneficial exploration in practical water environment treatment using GIS technology and provides useful development experience for water environment management as a reference.
