The ecological economic system of small watershed is composed of complex branch basins,with huge data and various data types and influencing factors.The water conservation workers' observation,recording and sorting of data are heavy,and the evaluation results of water conservation measures in the basin can not be displayed directly and feedback in time.The existing geographic information system software ArcGIS is very professional and has many functions,but it lacks the function for specific requirements.When users are in use,some redundant and useless functions have increased the difficulty of use.At the same time,the memory space of ArcGIS software is huge,and the portability is poor.It is impossible to communicate effectively when one side has not installed this software,and it can not be used conveniently.Based on the project background and user needs,the purpose of this paper is to develop a geographic information management and display system for small watershed.It can view the attribute information of small watershed,set up many configuration measures and influence factors of small watershed,and give a visual evaluation display level of small watershed,and in two-dimensional and three-dimensional scale.It shows the effect of water conservation measures.At the same time,the system has the interface easy to expand,and it can be applied to other similar geographic information processing.The development of modern high technology,represented by information science and technology,is affecting the development of industry and economy in a country and region,and geographic information science and technology is an important embodiment.CIS is a system composed of computer hardware and software,which is used to support the display,processing and analysis of spatial data so as to solve the problem of complex spatial data management.With the continuous development of computer software,the development method of geographic information system is becoming more and more diverse.The development of component based GIS has become the trend of the present times because of its relatively small development difficulty and the weakness of limited degree to the two development of host type.This system is based on the above background and technology,taking the spatial information technology of the basin as the platform,taking the spatial allocation of different soil and water conservation measures as input,and designing and realizing according to the ecological safety evaluation system of soil and water conservation,to meet the rationality of the water conservation workers' allocation of small watershed measures.This system allows users to browse and view the attribute information of small watershed,choose the measures of small watershed space configuration independently,and calculate the safety level of the basin through the setting of measures and influence factors,and it is convenient for users to determine whether the allocation of watershed measures is reasonable,and the rationality of display to users through color rendering is displayed intuitively.In addition,this paper also uses three-dimensional space rendering technology,three-dimensional display of small watershed and configuration of water conservation measures to configure the Iandform,convenient users 360 degrees to view the actual situation of the location of the measures,give users intuitionistic feelings,help users to correct and discriminate.
