The human resources of an enterprise is the foundation of the survival and development of an enterprise.How to develop and utilize this resource is the core of promoting the long-term development of the enterprise.Based on the theory of social cognition,the behavior of employees is the result of their interaction with the surrounding environment.Employee engagement is the product of the interaction between employees and the corporate environment.The perception of organizational fairness among employees is a key factor in improving employee engagement.However,the relationship between the two may not directly affect the relationship.This study,through extensive literature review,finds that employees' perception of organizational fairness can have an impact on the goal orientation of employees.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the influence of organizational justice on employee engagement and the mediating role of employee goal orientation in how to improve employee engagement and improve corporate performance.In this study,organizational justice is the independent variable,employee engagement is the dependent variable,employee engagement is the mediator variable,research hypothesis is proposed,and the conceptual model is constructed to explore the mechanism of action between the three,and to test the orientation of the employee's goal.Mediating Role.This study,through 326 research data of Z city thermal enterprise employees,empirical research and analysis,draws the following conclusions:(1)Organizational fairness has a significant positive impact on employee engagement.Distribution fairness has a significant positive impact on employee engagement.Program fairness has a significant positive impact on employee engagement.Interactive fairness has significant positive impact on employee engagement.influences;(2)Employee goal orientation has a significant positive impact on employee engagement,and learning goal orientation has a significant positive impact on employee engagement;(3)The sense of organizational justice has a significant positive impact on employee orientation;(4)Employee goal orientation plays a part in mediating between organizational justice and employee engagement.According to the above research conclusions,the promotion of employee engagement in Z-type thermal enterprises is given to the Z-city thermal enterprises from three aspects of organizational justice: distribution fairness,procedural fairness,interactive fairness,and employee-oriented learning-oriented goal-oriented perspective.Managerial constructive advice.
