From these problems and the status of Jingwei Textile Machinery, new ideas on designing financial management system and model are developed. And then starting with the designing of enterprise organization and the headquarters of Jingwei Textile Machinery as the core leader, the whole financial management of the group are controlled. The overall economic benefit can be maximized and the financial management system and model fit for Jingwei Textile Machinery can be established. The system uses the enterprise financial management information as platform, the integration of all the financial management as purpose, the long-term strategic planning as guide and the controlling of the whole finance as main line. It is also useful for the construction of the management structure of the domestic corporations.
